Hey there I’m Gaia, I’m the creator behind ‘live gluten free’

I’ve opened this blog to help people with celiac disease to do new and tasty recipes, also without gluten!                                                                                                                                      I live in Modena with my beautiful family that is: my dad, my mum, my cat ‘Sami’ and I. My favorite things in life are: pizza, sushi, hang ouy with my friens and my boyfriend Matteo.                                                                                                                                                    My favorite tv series is ‘How I Met Your Mother’
